As the summer of ’24 slowly slips away, progress on the Market Hall at West Harbor / LA Waterfront in San Pedro continues!
The white and black exterior looked nearly complete over the last few months, as much of the recent work has gone on inside the building. As of the end of July, the majority of the interior rough work had been completed. New tenants will soon be able to start building out their storefronts, so we are getting very close to opening day!
One of the most noticeable improvements for July is the paving of the parking area, which is making things look close to complete!
Prep work continues for Phase 1B and 1C. We should start to see some foundation work for the buildings in the next few months.
