Statistics
Concierge Process
- Review options and budget, consider what areas could most benefit from the resources we have to maximize your home’s value. Come up with a theme to coordinate upgrades.
- Once we are ready to proceed, our team of agents will guide you through the process and keep you updated on the progress.
- Once upgrades and/or repairs have been completed, your home will go on the market.
- Once escrow closes, the contractors will be paid for the work done through the proceeds of your sale. If your listing is terminated or 6 months pass from the start of Concierge Services, cost of repairs and/or upgrades will be due.
