Progress continues to be made at the LA Waterfront in San Pedro, also known as West Harbor. Here is our coverage through August 2024.
As the summer of ’24 slowly slips away, progress on the Market Hall at West Harbor / LA Waterfront in San Pedro continues!
Much of the major work on the Market Hall has been completed, with only interior details left to be worked out. New tenants will soon be able to start building out their storefronts, so we are getting very close to opening day!
One of the most noticeable improvements for August is the paving and striping of the parking area, which is making things look close to complete!
Foundation work continues on Phase 1B and 1C.
