Real Estate Market Watch: San Pedro – January 2018

The numbers for San Pedro are in for January 2018! Overall, it was a VERY slow month for San Pedro. 20 total sales for the month of January, less than half compared to December and January 2017 (Both at 46). However, the silver lining can be found in the average price. Both single family homes and condos saw increases in average price sold. Even as interest rates start to rise, demand continues to drive prices up. Look for this trend to continue as we head into spring.
