As of Monday morning (Ju;y 11th), 12 Homes in Rolling Hills Estates have been evacuated and red-tagged following major cracks throughout the structures and foundations. The homes are located on Peartree Ln and the area is being assessed for a water leak, which may have caused the land to shift.

As of Tuesday morning, Rolling Hills Estates is expected to declare a local state of emergency due to the landslide. 10 homes have been declared a total loss. 16 others are under observation, but are not showing signs of movement and have not been evacuated.
