San Pedro – Sept Update

It’s been almost 5 years since we started covering the developments at the waterfront in San Pedro, now known as West Harbor. This summer brought much excitement to locals, as buildings are now being erected on site! See our exclusive drone footage for a peek at the construction progress at West Harbor! • The second half of the Market Hall building looks to be nearly complete.
• The concrete pad for the Beer Garden last section of the Marke Hall looks nearly complete
• Beer Garden structure is starting to take shape, as the framing looks to be in place
• The pad for Phase 1B, which will have another large building with more shops, looks like it’s almost ready for its foundation.
