Sales numbers are in for #September!
#SanPedro single family residences (SFR) experienced a very slight pull back across the board. Average days on market was much better for September, but the August numbers were a little skewed due to listings that had been on the market for over a year.
#Condo and #Townhouse sales dropped similarly to SFR. However, average sales price increased slightly to $425k compared to $418k in August. Average days on market also increased slightly from 31 days in August to 35 in September.
Rates are still in the low 4’s and overall the market is still trending up, held back only by a lack of inventory. What are your opinions on the market?
