Real Estate Market Watch: Rancho Palos Verdes – September 2017

The numbers are in for September!

As a whole, RPV single family residences (SFR) experienced a slight pull back across the board with the average sale price dropping to $1.2M from $1.5M in August.

Condominium and Townhouse sales dropped dramatically, only 4 units sold in September compared to 17 August. Average sale price dropped to $747k.

Days on market dropped for both SFR and Condos, indicating demand is increasing likely due to low inventory.









Eastview specifically pretty much mirrored RPV as a whole, again with no condo/townhouse sales.

This time of year things tend to slow down a bit. Next month’s numbers will determine what kind of fall we will have.
