RPV as a whole saw increases in almost every category. Single Family Residences (SFR) average sale price was $1,708,935 for July compared to $1,457,975 in June. Although units sold decreased by 8 units, volume sold stayed relatively the same. We did experience more days on market, up to 37 days in July compared to just 29 days for June.
In Eastview the number of total units dropped from 11 in June to only 6 in July. If you recall, the June sales were all SFR. Not surprising as there are very few condos/townhouses complexes in East View. However, average number of days on market for SFR dropped to just 4 days compared to 18 for the month of June!
