How To Get An Accurate Home Valuation

If you are looking for the most accurate home value, we suggest a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from a The Prestige Team! 

Values for real estate property is assigned a value by a licensed appraiser either when refinancing or purchasing real property. The appraiser will use recent sales of comparable homes in the area to determine a current market value. Several different factors are taken into consideration when assigning a value to a property, such as location, condition, number of stories, property specs such as sq. ft., bedrooms and baths, etc. 

After gathering information on nearby comparable sales and taking into account condition, specs, and sale price into account, the appraiser will calculate the approximate market value of the home.
