Single Family Residences (SFR) saw a one unit drop in number of units sold, 32 compared to 33 in June. However, average sale price increased significantly from $656k to $757K! Days on market also dropped slightly to 34 days compared to 36 in June.
Condos and Townhouses had a significant decrease in units sold, down to 27 from the 40 that sold in June. However, average sale price continued to increase, up to $415k compared to $411k in June. Days on market also decreased to only 20 days compared to 44 for June.
The figures indicate high demand for property, more notably for condos and townhouses, indicating a strong #firsttimehomebuyers Market.
